Honeyvale runs local apiaries on market gardens, macadamia farms and in native bushland. We do some pollination but primarily produce honey and wax. The majority or our hives are Langstroth hives because these are convenient and user friendly for our bees and for us. Our honey is cold extracted to retain all the good enzymes, pollen and excellent health benefits of natural honey. Honey has a never ending shelf life- If your honey crystallises over time this means it is real honey! Just sit it in some warm water until it becomes a liquid again.
Contact us if you would like to purchase honey or wax or if you would like to stock our honey or wax in your shop.
Honeyvale Farm will be running Beginning in Beekeeping Courses from our farm in spring 2023 once our driveway repairs are complete- it has been a long journey with such a massive wet season! Contact us below to register your interest:
Jackie has been awarded a 2023 Nuffield Scholarship sponsored by Agrifutures to study IPM in beekeeping internationally!
Do you need a swarm collected, a beekeeper for your bees, mentorship to help you with your bees, or some bees to care for?
Please contact us before you buy for pick up or delivery as purchases are all off site due to our long awaited driveway construction.
